Zanklon Capital and Investcorp acquire the IFAD headquarters in Rome
London, 14 March 2022 – Zanklon Capital and Investcorp have completed the acquisition of Via Paolo di Dono 44, Rome, for EUR 128 million.
The Class A office building, completed in 2008, comprises 32,200 sq m of gross lettable area and 174 parking spaces. It is fully let on a long-term lease to the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), a United Nations agency, and holds LEED Platinum certification.
The asset was acquired by a new fund managed by Castello SGR. The vendor was a fund managed by Prelios SGR.
