These Terms of Use are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with the use of the Website is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Milan, without prejudice to the mandatory jurisdiction of the court of the place of residence or domicile of a consumer under Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (Consumer Code).
