Mama Shelter Lake Como

London, 19 October 2024 – Zanklon Capital and Extendam, in joint venture, have signed the acquisition of Mama Shelter Lake Como, to be operated by Ennismore under the Mama Shelter brand.

The hotel will comprise 150 rooms, including 21 suites, across two new buildings in the centre of Como, with four food and beverage outlets, including a rooftop bar and a rooftop pool with wellness area. It will be the second Mama Shelter in Italy, after Rome.

The project is being developed by Nessi & Majocchi, the vendor, on a city-centre site that had been vacant for many decades.
