Over twenty years of commercial real estate investing and structuring experience, Natale employs value added and opportunity strategies across a broad spectrum of real estate asset classes in the UK and Continental European real estate markets. 

Natale previously served as a Director of H.I.G. Realty in London. During his time with H.I.G., he was responsible for investment origination and transaction structuring of European credit investments.

Prior to joining H.I.G., Natale was head of the Real Estate Finance Department with Gatehouse Bank (a leading London based real estate lender owned primarily by The Kuwait Investment Authority (KIA)), where he was responsible for originating and structuring credit investment opportunities throughout Europe. Natale was also a member of both the Credit and the Investment Committees at the bank. 

Additionally, Natale spent nearly ten years at CBRE, serving as European Head for the Debt & Structured Finance department in their various offices (London, Madrid, Amsterdam and New York). His duties included arranging and structuring credit investment opportunities across Europe.

Earlier in his career, Natale was part of the NPLs portfolio management team for Goldman Sach’s Special Situations Group in Italy. 

Natale holds an MSc in Corporate Finance from Bocconi University (Milan, Italy) and studied through an exchange programme at National University of Singapore (NUS). He also holds a postgraduate CEMS Master’s in International Management (CEMS MIM), a joint degree delivered by CEMS Academic Members.

In addition to his native Italian, Natale also speaks fluent English and Spanish.
