Yoav Gery is a proven leader in the hospitality space, with expertise in transactions, project management, legal, branding, operations and global expansion.  

Yoav has over 25 years of hotel, co-working and legal experience, working with some of the world’s most successful brands, including Ritz-Carlton, Edition, Viceroy, Delano and WeWork.

As a seasoned executive, Yoav has led multi-discipline teams in the creation, growth and operation of several global brands.  

Yoav oversaw the global launch of the Edition brand, structured the initial expansion of Ritz-Carlton into the branded residential segment and led WeWork’s growth into the international market. 

Yoav’s academic credentials include a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from The George Washington University National Law Center.
